Please check out my resume below.
SHEPLEY BULFINCH
I've been with Shepley Bulfinch since late 2018, starting out with the firm in an administrative capacity. I worked with the firm's marketing department during this time, and transitioned to a full time role with the department at the start of 2023. I am now the Brand + Communications Content Producer for a national architecture and design firm where I coordinate and creative direct project photoshoots across the country. Some of these projects can be found here:

Houston Freed-Montrose Public Library
Community Mental Health Affiliates, Transitional Living Facility
Banner University Medical Center, Diamond Children's Play Zone
UMES, School of Pharmacy and Health Professions
Salem Hospital Main Lobby, Mass General Brigham

Internally, I have revamped and coordinated for a branding refresh and photographed many of our new employee headshots

I always have a camera in hand in order to catch cultural moments for the firm's social media!

In addition to capturing content, I craft marketing campaigns to align with seasonal events and job getting efforts within the industry.
Check out more of this campaign in a blog post here.
I've created pages and layouts for the firm website using a Wordpress platform. I've connected and produced content to refresh the firm's landing page , restructured the firm's staff pages and have regularly helped produce blog posts.
This portal on the firm's 150th anniversary is a great example of a bigger project I have taken on.

STATE CHAMPS
I was brought on by the band State Champs to contribute to and eventually coordinate for their VIP fan experiences ahead of their 2019, 2021 and 2022 "Frozen Fest" festival.

During 2019, I was brought on as a vendor in the winter carnival set up to custom hand letter ornaments for the fans.

During 2021, I was brought back as the sole activity of the VIP event, where I lead a workshop for the 75 fans and the band to make holiday style wreath crowns together. Who doesn't want to do crafts with your favorite pop punk band?

During 2022, (the band's last Frozen Fest to date), I was enlisted to plan and coordinate an intimate and fun VIP experience. I split up each of the four members into smaller groups of the fans and had them play the 'Saran Wrap Ball' game. I was given a budget ahead of time so I could purchase for and pre-assemble these saran wrapped balls full of little treats, along with an ultimate prize at the center for the fan's choice of any merch item at the State Champs merch table. It rocked and everyone had a really fun time! I assisted their tour manager with set up throughout the day, and ran check in for the VIP group, in addition to hosting the games.

As an avid music fan myself, these opportunities have been so wildly cool to take on. It was fulfilling being approached by fans after these events and having them express appreciation for a VIP experience that was so unlike anything they've ever done with other bands.
